MOSCOW, June 2 (RIA Novosti) – Russia’s Finance Minister Anton Siluanov is to attend Tuesday the fifth Financial Dialogue between Russia and China, the Russian top economist said Monday on his Twitter page.
“Russian and Chinese finance ministers will meet in Beijing to discuss joint steps and effort to ramp up credit ratings efficiency,” the message said.
During his China visit, Siluanov and a panel of Chinese investors are expected to weigh up the outlooks for investment projects, which will use funds of Russia’s National Welfare Foundation and the Russian Direct Investment Foundation, among others.
The meeting will also seek closer ties between the Russian and Chinese treasury departments, which are to sign a cooperation memorandum on June 3.
