WWII Era Plane Makes Emergency Landing on Water in Florida
One can hardly call this a soft landing. It could have been worse though. The incident took place during an air show when there were plenty of people hanging around watching what was going on. Fortunately, no one was injured.
A World War Two-era plane ditched into the sea during the Cocoa Beach Air Show last week. What initially seemed to be part of the show turned out to be an emergency landing. Hats off to the pilot who managed to land the vehicle in an area free of swimmers.
