Over 500 English Speaking Guides Will Work in N Novgorod During World Cup

The authorities of Nizhny Novgorod will also hire multi-language guides.

Over 500 English-speaking guides will work in the Russian city of Nizhni Novgorod during the World Cup football championship, as well as 50 trilingual guides and 20 Chinese-speaking guides.

The local authorities have also begun work on providing smartphone apps to help out tourists.

Russia will host its first FIFA World Cup from June 14 to July 15, 2018. The matches will be held in the cities of Moscow, St. Petersburg, Kaliningrad, Volgograd, Kazan, Nizhny Novgorod, Samara, Saransk, Rostov-on-Don, Yekaterinburg and Sochi.
