The clip features several staff members aggressively screaming at each other, and at some point, one of them physically assaulted another. A customer filmed the video from the drive through, showing a woman, supposedly, the McDonald’s manager, trying to calm them down. Later, she noticed the man’s phone and asked him to stop filming (twice). He ignored her request the first time, but the second time the screen goes black, with the customer claiming the manager threw food at him. The manager can be heard saying “You’re not going to sit and tape me and put me on Facebook.”
