"We are agreed on normalizing relations again," Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu said after talks with US counterpart Rex Tillerson in Ankara, saying that ties were at a "critical phase" and vowing to create "mechanisms" to discuss the issues causing problems.
