The girl went to visit her friend in Maryland. Upon Chelsea and her friend's return from a walk, they saw a yellow parrot with its face down in a bird food bowl. The bird looked like it was dying, so Chelsea had to perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation. To her surprise, in just half a minute, the parrot came to and rose to its feet. However, despite the bird seemingly coming back to life after being resuscitated, the next day it was found dead at the bottom of the cage.
