On Saturday, Liverpool FC outplayed Tottenham Hotspur in the European Champions League's final association football match. The game, which took place at Madrid's Wanda Metropolitano Stadium, ended with a 2:0 Liverpool victory.

Liverpool FC, in its official account on Twitter, posted a photo of striker Mohamed Salah, who was slumbering on the plane contentedly embracing the Champions League trophy.

In the 2018/19 season, Mohamed Salah played 52 matches with Liverpool in all tournaments, scored 27 goals and gave 13 assists.
