Aussie Reptile Squares Up With Intruding Snake Catcher

A snake catcher with Australia’s A+Reptile Relocations Toowoomba recently gave ophidiophobia sufferers a bit of a shock after giving an up-close demonstration of an eastern brown snake’s defensive techniques.

“This just proves that they will always be the first one to back away, and they won’t chase you,” the unidentified snakecatcher says off-camera after demonstrating that the reptile will only close in on an opponent in the event that they make too many movements.

Note to self: when in contact with an eastern brown, stay still, and the snake will move away on its own.
