Footage captured by a driver on a San Diego motorway shows a UFO hovering in the sky with a strange white object attached to it. It is not clear what the thing is, but multiple comments speculate that it might have been some sort of drone that was being tested by the US Defence Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA).
