A baby alpaca, also known as a cria, weighs from 6 to 8 kg. The cria is weaned at 6 to 8 months, and females are ready to reproduce at 12 to 15 months.
This little creature was born on 18 April 2021 and looks extremely skinny. Meanwhile, its mum is sitting close to her baby, carefully watching over it.
