Boy-band Seventeen will be releasing a new album around mid-October, South Korean media outlets reported on 23 August.
This album will be the first since the whole group renewed their contract with Pledis Entertainment. The boy-band quickly became established as a globally as well as domestically iconic group thanks to their perfect visuals, great dancing skills and stage presence, and they are now one of the most popular groups of their generation worldwide.
Seventeen released their eighth mini album 'Your Choice' and the title song 'Ready to Love' on 18 June and entered the US Billboard's main album chart, 'Billboard 200', at Number 15. They also ranked first on Billboard's 'Top Album Sales', 'Top Current Album Sales', and 'World Album' charts.
The 13-strong group has also been nominated as 'Best K-Pop' at the 2021 MTV Video Music Awards this year, which proves how very much they're loved overseas.
Carats (the official name for the fans of Seventeen) are thrilled beyond belief to see their band active.
