The region also has transparent logistics and remains fascinating for foreign investors. The Eastern Economic Forum is one the most important autumn events, which takes place in early September on Russky Island.
The Russian Export Centre is one of the participants at the forum, and it certainly has a special mission within it. The "REC" JSC is a state non-resource export support institution, which provides a single window system for Russian companies wishing to deliver their products to other countries.
"The Eastern Economic Forum in the post-COVID year is a significant event. It is noteworthy that many have decided to attend the event this year. The EEF is a platform not only for Russian businesses, but also for international cooperation development. We have three most important tasks. The first one is comprehensive support of Russian companies on the development of their foreign trade activities, the second one is increasing the volume of export support and REC coverage, and, of course, the general promotion of our development institute", Maxim Kobin, the Russian Export Centre's vice president, said.
Within the framework of the forum, the REC plans to share its experience in exporting goods, to report on the most in-demand products in the Asia-Pacific region, as well as on the success of Russian exporters in international markets in 2021.
"We want to set goals both for ourselves and for companies, as the national project 'International Cooperation and Export' with the active encouragement of the state has already created comfortable conditions for the development of new export-oriented industries, and for the entry of high-tech industrial companies and Russian goods into international markets", the REC vice president emphasised.
