Kim Ki-bum, better known by his stage name Key and a prominent member of that incandescent star in the K-Pop firmament, SHINee (also known as the Princes of K-Pop) released on 14 September some colourful, tantalising peaks at what we can expect from his forthcoming album 'Bad Love'.
The lead song 'Bad Love' is a pop dance song with a synth retro mood and a powerful beat featuring Key's vocals which will warm the heart of even the severest critic.
For this project, 30-year-old Key hooked up with songwriter Kenzie, who has already produced hit songs for many artists belonging to the SM Entertainment stable, such as EXO, Red Velvet and NCT. The songwriter-singer duo have history: they worked together on 'One of those Nights', the lead track on Key's debut solo full-length album 'Face' that SM Entertainment released in November 2018.
Key's first mini-album 'Bad Love' will be released on 27 September and will comprise six songs, stoking up expectations from K-Pop enthusiasts the world over. And it would be no exaggeration to say that Shawols - the name for SHINee fans - are going simply wild with excitement at the prospect of the new release.
