Highlights of the 2021 Emmy Awards

This year, the ceremony was relocated from the Microsoft Theater, where it has been held since 2008, to L.A. Live’s Event Deck because of coronavirus restrictions.

The winners of the 2021 Emmy Awards - an annual American event celebrating the achievements of a particular sector of the television industry - have been announced.
There were 26 categories: in addition to awards for the best actors and writers, there were prizes for comedies, dramas and talk shows.
