Earlier in October, Channel 4 went through another major outage, along with ITV, being down for about an hour.

Channel 4 appeared to go off air in the middle of a discussion on superstitions on Wednesday, showing nothing but a still image, according to media reports.
Viewers shared their confusion online, as for some amount of time they could only see the frozen image of comedian Dane Baptiste, who was sharing his opinion on the topic.
Other users could not help but joke about the situation.
It has since been reported that the channel has resumed working, but is showing programmes with a slight delay.
Following the reports, Channel 4 apologised for the "tech hiccup this afternoon" on its Twitter account.
"We're sorry about our tech hiccup this afternoon and hope you can now view as normal. Further updates will be posted here", the channel stated.
Earlier in October, Channel 4 and ITV also experienced a major outage, being off air for around an hour. In September, the channel had an issue with providing subtitles, audio descriptions, and sign language translation.
