Who knows, maybe now that new study suggests that time travel might be possible in real life, we may at some point be able to travel to the past or to the future ourselves.
If that happens we will be mentally prepared, like the characters of our favourite time-travel movies who have already experienced the ups and downs that come with the chance to fix the past or know more about the future.
