US President Joe Biden fell off his bicycle on Saturday as he was riding up to a crowd of reporters gathered at Rehoboth Beach in Delaware. He stood up quickly and appeared to be unharmed.
Biden told reporters that he had trouble removing his shoes from the bikes' pedals, which caused him to tumble. Luckily, he was wearing a helmet.

"I'm good", the 79-year-old POTUS, who was swarmed by Secret Service agents, said.

"No medical attention is needed," a White House official said. "The President looks forward to spending the rest of the day with his family."
Just a few days ago, White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre dismissed concerns that Biden's age or stamina might pose a challenge for his 2024 reelection bid.
"That is not a question that we should be even asking. Oh, my gosh, he's the President of the United States, you know, he -- I can't even keep up with him", she claimed in a conversation with CNN's Don Lemon.
Biden's health and mental fitness have been the subject of constant attention, especially after the White House had to walk back numerous statements that he had made to press. The president himself said that he had "no idea" why so many Americans questioned his cognitive abilities.
