Russian FM Lavrov Speaks at Ministerial Council of Black Sea Economic Co-operation Organization

The Ministerial Council of the Black Sea Economic Co-operation Organization (BSEC) unites 13 countries: Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Georgia, Greece, Moldova, Russia, Romania, Serbia, Turkey, Ukraine and Northern Macedonia. A number of states and international organizations have observer status in BSEC.
SputnikSputnik comes live as Russia's Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov takes part in the Ministerial Council of the Black Sea Economic Co-operation Organization via video conference in Moscow.
During the meeting, ministers will discuss what the organization's prospects are and will also review the results of joint activities.
