Russian FM Lavrov Speaks at Ministerial Council of Black Sea Economic Co-operation Organization

The Ministerial Council of the Black Sea Economic Co-operation Organization (BSEC) unites 13 countries: Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Georgia, Greece, Moldova, Russia, Romania, Serbia, Turkey, Ukraine and Northern Macedonia. A number of states and international organizations have observer status in BSEC.
