Suicide Blast in Afghan Mosque Kills 30 People, Injures 81 - Reports

The explosive device was set off by two suicide bombers in the Afghan city of Gardez in the Paktia Province, according to the Pajhwok Afghan News.

The number of those killed in a bombing attack in Afghanistan's eastern Paktia province has risen to 30, with at least 81 people injured, 20 of those are in critical condition, local TV broadcaster reported on Friday citing local authorities.

Earlier in the day, the Pajhwok Afghan News reported that 15 people have been killed and over 40 got injuries after a suicide bomber had detonated an explosive device during a Friday prayer in a mosque in Afghanistan's city of Gardez.

According to the Pajhwok Afghan News, there were two suicide attackers.
