The Russian capital opened the annual international music festival "Spasskaya Tower" on August 24, which will run until September 2.
The festival is staged every year on the background of the monumental walls of the Kremlin. It is marked by classical music concerts, equestrian shows and a parade of the heads of states' honor guard units. This year's festival features musicians from 20 countries are expected to participate.
