Circle Of Light Festival: Phenomenal Light Show Performed at Bolshoi Theater

The eighth Circle of Light festival began on September 21, and took place at seven venues in the capital: Kolomenskoye Park, Krylatskoye Rowing Canal, Tsaritsyno Park, Theater Square, Victory Museum on Poklonnaya Hill, Mir Concert Hall and Digital October Center.

The show starts at 19:30 Moscow time (16:30 GMT) and lasts until 23:00 (20:00 GMT). 

This year the festival has involved the facades of all three theaters located on Theater Square: the Bolshoi and Maly theaters, as well as the Russian Academic Youth Theater, for the first time. According to the organizers of the show, approximately 5 million people are expected to visit the festival.
