Situation Near FSB Building in Russia's Arkhangelsk After Blast (VIDEO)

An explosion happened Wednesday at the entrance of the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) building in the northwestern city of Arkhangelsk, the Russian National Antiterrorism Committee said.

All employees were evacuated from the building. Russia's special services work at the site. Authorities have closed off the section of Troitsky Avenue from Pomorskaya Street to Karl Liebknecht Street.
