Speaking with a Russian media outlet, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov has refused to respond to a question if Vladimir Putin resorts to the use of expletives, but has revealed the feeling he gets when the president expresses his thoughts:
"I can only say that as a normal man, he, certainly, can express his negative attitude towards this or that person or process. And so that it makes the blood run cold".
