High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and Vice-President of the EC Federica Mogherini is holding a press conference at the Foreign Affairs Council, which is taking place in Brussels on 21 January.
The council is responsible for the EU's external activities, which includes foreign policy, defence and security, trade, development cooperation and humanitarian aid.
