A Siberian city, Noyabrsk has become a testing ground for the new Russian Aurus Senat limo — similar to the one from President Vladimir Putin's motorcade. The cars were spotted by citizens of the northern Russian town during really severe weather — about minus 50 degrees Celsius.
Apparently, the limos have to undergo a series of tests before they can be mass produced for the harsh Russian climate.
