UK Cabinet Office Minister David Lidington is addressing questions from MPs in the House of Commons, a week after the members of Parliament accepted amendments to the divorce plan, calling the government to rule out a no-deal Brexit and to replace the Northern Irish backstop with alternative arrangements.
