EU Foreign Policy Chief Holds Press Conference After FAC Meeting (VIDEO)

The foreign ministers of the EU member states have gathered in Brussels to discuss the upcoming presidential election in Ukraine, current developments in Syria, as well as the crisis in Venezuela.
