On Sunday afternoon, a strong gust of wind blew an inflatable bouncy castle at one of the playgrounds, resulting in chaos. Two of the children who were trapped inside were killed, and others sustained injuries with varying degrees of severity.
"In the afternoon today at about 3 p.m., a gust of sand suddenly blew upward in front of us, way up high," an eyewitness said, as quoted by the Beijing Times.
