Footage published this week shows the Haiyang Shan, a Chinese Navy Type 072 landing vessel, equipped with a railgun.

News about Chinese railgun tests arose in 2017. According to the National Interest, the 120-metre-long ship (about 390 feet) was reportedly spotted in January 2018 at a facility in Wuhan on the Yangtze River. China has thus become the first country to mount such a weapon on board and test it.
