The UK's outgoing Prime Minister Theresa May is delivering her final speech in London.
Earlier on Wednesday, Mrs May took part in her final Prime Minister's Questions session in the House of Commons.
After the speech, she will go to Buckingham Palace to officially tender her resignation to the Queen.
