The Russian Investigative Committee has published a video from the aftermath of the shooting in Blagoveshchensk.
Earlier on Thursday, a 19-year-old student opened fire at a college, killing one person and injuring three others. The shooter then killed himself. According to local authorities, a conflict between two classmates might have been the reason behind the shooting, although no official account has been announced yet.
