According to ANI, early on Monday another fire broke out in New Delhi's Anaj Mandi district in the same building that had been engulfed in flames on Sunday.

Four fire teams were reportedly sent to the location.

Local authorities launched an investigation into the second fire incident at the illegal facility.

Earlier, local authorities vowed to reimburse the damage and pay compensation to relatives of the victims.

Illegal plants reportedly remain a pressing issue for the nation. Due to an unbalanced job market caused by overpopulation, many people - especially in rural areas and suburbs of big cities - have no other choice but to seek employment at such facilities. Inhuman work conditions, ignorance of staffers' rights and lengthy work hours behind closed doors in overheated rooms are reportedly common.
