"Sukhoi Superjet has landed safely in Vnukovo," the representative said.
Earlier in the day, a representative of the emergency services said that the aircraft had made an emergency landing there, with open front landing gear, at 9.20 p.m. local time (18:20 GMT).
The aircraft was travelling from Berlin, preliminary information shows.
