Famous South Korean hip-hop label AOMG is to launch a live show “AOMG Quarantine Nonstop Live”. Its artists will be broadcasting on the label's official YouTube and Twitch channels on the 12th of April.

All profits collected from the live performances will go to people and their families who are struggling with COVID-19.

The label’s artists, such as famous rappers Loco, Gray and Simon D, as well as the CEO Jay Park, donated large sums to help organisations fight the coronavirus.

"Above Ordinary Music Group" (AOMG) is the first South Korean music independent hip-hop label. It was founded in September 2013 by former-2PM member Jay Park. The label brings together talented artists, producers, DJs and even an MMA fighter, who recently got into a scandal with Brian Ortega.

As of today, confirmed COVID-19 cases exceed 1,200,000 globally, with the death toll rising to over 64,000, according to Johns Hopkins University.

Many famous artists are doing live performances in order to promote social distancing. MTV launched MTV 'Unplugged at Home' in an attempt to halt the spread of the virus.
