Earlier, US President Donald Trump’s rally, which would be his first since the COVID-19 lockdown began, was planed to be held near the site of a 1921 massacre of African Americans on 19 June.

Donald Trump said on Friday that he would shift the date of an Oklahoma rally from 19 June, the date of "Juneteenth" African-American freedom day, to 20 June.

Earlier, President Donald Trump said his political rally in Oklahoma should be seen as a celebration just as rival black leaders are calling it an insult, given that it is being held on 'Juneteenth', a day when the black community in the region celebrates the end of slavery in 1865.

The Oklahoma rally, planned to be held near the site of the 1921 Tulsa race massacre, has enraged local black leaders such as Alicia Andrews, chair of the Oklahoma Democratic Party.
