The score was 1:0, with Bayern's Polish striker Robert Lewandowski scoring in the 43rd minute.
Twitter users shared a video of the crucial goal scored by Lewandowski and celebrated the club's victory, posting photos of the triumphing team.
The newly-obtained champion title is the 30th in the club's 120-year history.
The match took place in Bremen on the 32nd day of the Bundesliga. Topping the table with 76 points, Bayern Munich is now unreachable to Borussia Dortmund, holding second place with 66 points with only three more games left to play.
