K-pop phenomenon BTS has once again proven they are professionals at breaking records. They are the first band to top iTunes worldwide (103 countries) since Adele managed the feat with her hit "Hello".

The British songstress held the record for nearly five years.

The Army (the fandom's official name) immediately started to trend related hashtags worldwide, conquering social media sites as they often do.

The tune "Black Swan" from BTS's latest album "Map of the Soul:7" was released on the 17th of January and was highly praised by critics for its honest confession of BTS as artists about the fear of losing passion for their music. The whole concept was inspired by the 2010 movie "Black Swan".

The fandom praises their talented favs for making history again.
