Live from Beirut this Tuesday as a UN-backed tribunal in the Netherlands is delivering its ruling on the killing of former Lebanese Prime Minister Rafik Hariri.

Hariri, who symbolised the reconstruction of the country following the 1975-1990 civil war, was killed on 14 February 2005 in a bomb attack on his motorcade.

Besides the politician, the explosion also killed 21 others and injured 226.
