Promising girl band Everglow, whose debut was only a year ago, revealed an MV teaser for the lead song "La Di Da" from the upcoming mini-album, "-77.82X-78.29", set to be released on 21 September.
Members appear in black and red suits in the black and white teaser with a futuristic vibe. The song is made in electro-retro-pop style and one of the members, E:U, co-wrote the song. The lyrics send a direct warning message to their haters, as many idols nowadays face disrespect, bullying and hate on social networks.
Everglow debuted back in 2019 with their first single "Bon Bon Chocolat", which was written by singer-songwriter Melanie Fontana, who previously worked with other South Korean artists like BTS and Tiffany Young. The band consists of 6 members: Sihyeon, Onda, Aisha, Mia, Yiren and E:U.
They first received worldwide recognition with their first mini-album "Reminiscence" with the lead single "Dun Dun". It became a viral song on Tik Tok and the MV got millions of views on the date of its release. In 2020, Everglow was supposed to go on tour in the United States and had sold-out shows, but COVID-19 ruined their tour plans.
Fans of girls cry tears of joy as their favs improve themselves from release to release:
