Members of All Inner Circle (the name officially given to WINNER fans) cried tears of joy as the band's frontman shared a poster with the message "See Yoon Soon."

Last year, after YG Entertainment – which manages Kang Seung-yoon – revealed who was making a comeback, K-pop fans were distraught not to see Kang's name on the list, especially after the music agency had been promising a solo album since 2013. Fans even protested outside YG Entertainment's HQ.

However, Kang cheered up his loyal following by sharing the news. Before releasing WINNER's first album in 2014, he released several singles in 2013 as a soloist. He also triumphed in South Korea's TV singing competition "The King of Mask Singer" in 2020 and was named "The First 6-Time Idol Champion," not to mention “The Youngest Champion.”
