On Friday, Alex Salmond is appearing before a Holyrood inquiry.

Salmond is expected to give evidence in the inquiry, which is tasked with investigating the mishandling of harassment complaints against him during the previous inquiry.

The accusations were brought against the 64-year-old politician by nine women and covered a time frame between June 2008 and November 2014. Salmond denied all charges, claiming that they were trumped up.
