Sputnik comes live from outside the US Capitol in Washington DC where tighter security measures are being introduced after Friday's attack that left two people dead, including the assailant.
The attacker, a 25-year-old Indiana resident called Noah Green, rammed his vehicle into two officers, injuring one and killing the other.
Green was shot by police and taken to hospital where he died.
