Fudkod, which is based in the Volokolamsk district around Moscow, is set to become the first Russian business to deliver gluten-free products to the United States.
According to the Ministry for Investment, Industry and Science for the region of Moscow, a $1-million deal was signed with the help of the Foundation to Support Foreign Economic Activity.
Fudkod is the first Russian company to deals with the production of gluten-free pastry. The first shipment is scheduled to take place in July.
