Rare 'Ring of Fire' Solar Eclipse Lights Up the Sky in Washington DC, NYC

The so-called “ring of fire” emerges as the bright ring of sunlight draws around the Moon. People in Russia, Canada and Greenland will also be able to witness the phenomenon.
