Wildfires Devastate Greek Island of Euboea

A scorching heat wave and dry weather have been major factors for Mediterranean countries this summer, causing multiple fires in Turkey and Greece. Blazes even forced authorities to evacuate people from Lake Marathon in eastern Attica, which is a major source of water for Athens.
