Kabul's international airport continues to be in turmoil, with footage going viral of "hundreds" of people flocking the terminals in attempts to leave the country.
The crowds were filmed as the evacuation of foreign diplomatic staffers was ongoing after the rapid Taliban* surge in Afghanistan. According to some claims on social media, the US military created a "human wall" and fired into the air to prevent people from illegally accessing aircraft.
