COVID-19 sceptics and anti-vaccination campaigners are staging a demonstration to protest against pandemic-related actions and regulations in London, under the banner 'Unite for Freedom.'
Similar protests have been taking place across the country over the past year, with people demanding more freedoms and railing against a range of COVID-19 safety measures.
So far, over 46.8 million people — accounting for 76.7% of the country's adult population — have been fully vaccinated in the UK, which has now ordered 135 million doses of vaccine jointly developed by the US pharmaceutical Pfizer and the German firm BioNTech.
