Blinken to Meet With Lavrov; Immigration Advocates Turn on Biden

US Secretary of State Antony Blinken and Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov are meeting on Friday, indicating that, at least for the present moment, diplomacy between the two world powers continues.
