Record Drought in China Unearths Hidden Antiquities - 23.08.2022, Sputnik International

Along with Europe, China has been coping with unprecedented heat waves this summer.

Like in many other countries, a drought in China has exposed previously submerged antiquities. Previously partially submerged in water, the island of Luoxing Dun, which hosts several ancient temples, has resurfaced completely.
