Overall, Ukraine has lost over 21,550 soldiers, 139 tanks, 33 multiple rocket launchers, including eight HIMARS, in the Kursk Region since clashes erupted there, the ministry added.
"Over the day, the Ukrainian armed forces losses amounted to more than 200 servicepeople, three tanks, an armored fighting vehicle, as well as a mortar, an electronic warfare station and a vehicle were destroyed. Five Ukraine's servicepeople surrendered as prisoners of war," the ministry said in a statement.
